  • We want your coffee to be fresh, so it’ll be shipped or available for pickup within 5 days of ordering. This means it’s a good idea to order in advance, before you’re out of coffee!

  • If you live near Denton, TX, You can pick up your coffee locally for free! Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email telling you where to pick it up.

  • Jars are one of the best ways to keep coffee fresh, it beats bags any day, and they’re reusable! If you order locally, you can choose to have your coffee packaged in a jar. Not only is it better for the environment and amazing at keeping your coffee fresh, but when you return one of our jars you’ll get a $1 refund!

    When you return a jar/jars, we’ll send you a $1 refund for every jar you return. It should show up on your bank account around 2 days later.

  • We only sell whole bean coffee.

    1. It keeps the beans super fresh, grinding drastically increases the speed at which coffee goes stale.

    2. We don’t currently have the bandwidth to handle grinding customer coffee, it would create a bottle-neck in our process that would affect all our customers, including you!

  • You can order just one bag, but honestly it’s best to order at least two, and we can ship up to six per order. We can’t ship jars because they’re too heavy and fragile. Our store platform won’t allow us to prevent you from trying to order jars for shipping, but if you do we’ll automatically switch it to bags.

    To get the best bang for your buck on shipping, order either 3 bags or 6 bags. Those quantities get you the most coffee without the shipping jumping up to another tier.
